Arrival Time
It is advisable that you arrive 15mins prior to your first treatment.
Booking Information
We recommend that you call in advance to book treatments as your specific requirements may not be available on that day.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your scheduled treatments please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations later than this and no shows will be charged in full.
Late arrival
If you arrive late we regret that this time will be deducted from your scheduled treatment.
Medical Conditions
A therapist will complete an assessment prior to some treatments that are contraindicated for certain conditions. If you have high or low blood pressure are currently suffering from a medical condition or are under any form of doctors care please notify us at the time of booking your appointment.
Minimum Age
We regret we are unable to perform any treatments on anyone under the age of 16.
Valuables
We recommend that you do not bring any valuables on your visit to the spa. The nature of the treatments means your belongings may be left unattended and we accept no responsibility for losses from lockers.
What to Bring
