One of the charms of Bailiffscourt is that our 39 beautiful bedrooms and suites are located in a series of buildings including the Medieval House, which is connected to the Thatch House by an underground tunnel. The Court and Coach Houses stand opposite the main entrance, while the Gate House and our new rooms in the Moat House and The Oaks are across the grounds beside the old moat and overlooking the fields beyond.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom and is furnished to the highest standards with hospitality tray, satellite TV, direct-dial phone and hairdryer.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of the first nights stay will be taken at the time of booking, this is refundable if cancelled within the cancellation policy.

Should you need to cancel a reservation we advise you that we require a minimum of two days notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
