Purpose-built inside a 19th century walled garden, the contemporary airy structure contrasts and complements its neighbour, the Elizabethan Ockenden Manor, and shares it nine acres of parklands and gardens. Ockenden Manor Spa features an indoor swimming pool with a stunning river-stone floor and a swim-through to the heated outdoor pool, both fed by Ockenden’s own natural underground spring. That same spring water sustains the outdoor hot tub, indoor spa bath and a walk-through warm rain shower which delicately massages your head, shoulders and back. If you feel you need to earn your right to relaxation, our gymnasium contains the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as free weights, or you could book pilates or yoga classes in our fitness studio. It’s certainly guaranteed to make the sauna, steam room and the unique experience of the flotation room all the more rewarding. Unwind in the soothing sanctuary of our relaxation rooms, sample delectable and healthy snacks in the guest lounge, or recline on the outdoor sundeck while you choose from our treatments selection.
