Entirely walled in fine panelling, this beautiful room with its impressive four poster bed has a hatchway which leads across the top of the kitchen and through the roof, once an escape route for smugglers and those fleeing the press gang.

All rates are per room per night, based on two people sharing a twin or double room and include full English breakfast, full use of the Spa facilities and VAT. Subject to availability. At weekends we ask for a minimum of two nights. Single rates are available on request. Weekend Breaks are available for a minimum of two nights Friday to Sunday. Midweek Escapes are available Monday to Thursday. Sunday Specials are not available on bank holiday weekends.
