Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sal

Candlelight Yoga with Gina
Wednesday 7.30pm
Calming music and candlelight glow soothes the soul as you flow through various yoga poses and breathing techniques. The serene setting allows you to slip into a deep state of peace and relaxation. This yoga class is designed to take your mind off your busy life so you can concentrate on YOU!

T'ai Chi with Kevin
Friday 6.30pm
T'ai Chi is a series of coordinated movements, linked to create one continuous movement. Aimed at improving balance and posture whilst providing relaxation whilst aiding energuy flow through the bodies meridians.

This class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach - great for those who want to lose weight or who simply want to increase their fitness levels with a motivated group of people.

Pilates on the Ball with Liz
Saturday 10am
The key Pilates principles - centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow -
are much the same as those called for in stability ball work. Like Pilates, the ball has proved very
successful in the areas of core development and balance training.
