Following a morning consultation with the therapist, choose five hours of luxurious
treatments from the menu which is bursting with gorgeous Ila, Ren and Electric Body products.
For complete tranquillity, nothing compares to an hour spent in the Isopod flotation tank,
where saltwater suspends the body effortlessly for total muscle relaxation.
Float from treatment to treatment; take a dip in the swimming pool - both inside and out - with its glorious views across the South Downs. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, bubble in the spa bath and walk through the rain showers - all the water used in the spa comes from the hotel's very own underground spring.
Ockenden Manor Spa has a delicious menu of healthy food to complement the spa treatments, enjoy lunch, homemade scones in the afternoon and as an indulgent treat - a glass of the local English sparkling wine, Ridgeview Estate.
Prices for the Ultimate Spa Experience start from 400 per person Monday - Thursday and from 480 per person at weekends. Choose to go with a partner, family member or friend and it is 750 for two (Monday - Thursday). The Ultimate Spa Experience includes five hours of luxury treatments, full use of the spa facilities, breakfast smoothie, lunch, homemade scones, a glass of Ridgeview Estate sparkling wine, tea and coffee.
