The Spread Eagle Fit Camp has been designed to be as personal to you as possible. Guests will have their own private exercise and dining areas. Over the course of the week you will experience a range of different activities including pilates, fitball and hiking, as well as hearing talks on nutrition, psychology and exercise routines. The goal is not just to improve your fitness, but to ensure you leave with the knowledge, desire and motivation to maintain good health habits after the programme. Throughout the week Alex and Vikki from Vital Fitness will be giving advice and describing techniques on how you can stay motivated and reduce cravings. Sunset Special
Indulge in an evening of relaxation and pampering at Bailiffscourt Spa. The Sunset Special begins at 4.30pm with a glass of Champagne in the hot tub and you will have use of the spa area. You can then choose one of the following luxury treatments to enjoy:
