The above rates are quoted per room per night inclusive of overnight accommodation, full English breakfast, daily Newspaper, Three Course Dinner in our 2 Rosette Restaurant, full use of the Aquila Health Club facilities and
VAT at the current rate.

Weekend Break is available for a minimum of two nights Friday-Sunday.
The Midweek Escape is available Monday to Thursday.
The Sunday Special is not available on Bank Holidays .

We welcome children who may share their parent’s room at a supplementary charge of £30.00 per child per night (£10.00 per infant) inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT. All other meals for children will be charged as taken and we are able to
provide Children’s High Tea from 6:00pm if required. Cots and high chairs are available on request for smaller
children and there is a ‘baby listening’ facility available via our telephone system. Alternatively, we may be able to
arrange a baby sitter for you, for which we require sufficient prior notice.

Well-behaved dogs are accepted in some bedrooms at a supplementary charge of £15.00 per dog per night. This includes a bed, bowl and food. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel's public areas, bar or restaurant.

All rooms are equipped with a direct-dial telephone, broadband access, colour television with satellite channels, tea
& coffee-making facilities, hairdryer and en-suite bathrooms.

Market House rooms, located across the road from the
main hotel, are equipped with ensuite showers and toilets only.

The hotel offers 24 hour room service and porterage.

We ask all guests to kindly refrain from smoking in bedrooms and a number of specifically designated non-smoking
rooms are available on request.

Our Feature rooms are generally located in the older part of the hotel, some with four posters and old antiques.

White Room contains a ‘secret passage’ and is said to have been used by smugglers in their attempt to evade the King’s men.

The Queen's Room is said to have been the room from which Elizabeth I watched the archers and villagers in the market square opposite the hotel during her visit to Cowdray in 1591. The room saw the addition of ‘The Wig Closet’ in the later years
