A masterclass to learn how to fillet, prep and cook mackerel and lemon sole.

Starting at 11.30am at Bailiffscourt, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in a seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch of marinaded mackerel tartar with spiced mackerel escabeche followed by lemon sole salad with pesto dressing and toasted pine nuts (you'll prepare the pesto while filleting the fish) and fire all your culinary questions at him!
