A masterclass to learn how to make Classic ice cream recipes, a really good home ice cream cheat, parfaits and sorbet.

Starting at 11.30am at Bailiffscourt, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in a seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch of grilled chicken with avocado, tomato salsa and fresh fruit vanilla ice cream tulip and fire all your culinary questions at him!
