with a hands-on masterclass followed by lunch. As well as
perfecting tricky cooking techniques, these masterclasses celebrate
produce and British cooking.
Martin Hadden has been Group Executive Head Chef for the
Historic Sussex Hotels group since 2003, working with the teams to
offer everything from an elegant dinner at Ockenden Manor, a cosy
supper by the fire at The Spread Eagle to a family feast at
Bailiffscourt. He was the youngest ever winner of the Roux
Scholarship in 1989. He won his first Michelin star at Ockenden
Manor in 2000, and then at his own restaurant The Priory House in
Somerset in 2001.
