£15,000 Festive Spirit Exclusive Use fee is per night, valid Sunday to Thursday only (please enquire for Friday & Saturday night rates) and includes VAT
Rate is valid for exclusive use bookings in November & December 2023 and January 2024 (for those late festive celebrations!)
The above exclusive use rate includes all 28 bedrooms at Ockenden Manor on a bed & breakfast basis (full English and Continental). Private use of all "public" spaces in the hotel including: The Restaurant, the drawing room & bar, all meeting private dining rooms, and 8 acres of private garden.
Complimentary use of the spa, gym facilities and swimming pool is included however please note that exclusive use does not extend to the spa and gym facilities or swimming pool.
Exclusive Use starts from 15h on the day of arrival until 11h on the day of departure - if exclusive use is required earlier in the day then it is necessary to book the hotel exclusively from the night before. We ask that the guests check out of their rooms by 11h on the final day.
