A four day retreat with Katie Phillips

Katie Phillips is superbly qualified to lead the retreat and has recently published a book entitled 'The Self-Love Affair - A Woman's Guide to A Daring & Mighty Life'. The 4-day retreat will include 6 workshop sessions with Katie - group and one to one which will focus on issues including guilt, lack of control, yo-yo emotions, negative thoughts, low self-esteem and exhaustion. Katie will teach techniques which will transform limiting traits, coach on how to let go and move forwards, focus on what is precious in life, create a unique spiritual practice and all participants will leave with an action plan to take home.
