The Natural Dog Grooming Company is exactly 'what it says on the tin', our friendly, local dog grooming company is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Jane and Penny are passionate about dogs and use only natural products on your canine friends; dog shampoos and soap bars are free from SLS, SLES and parabens and scented with dog-friendly essential oils.
Their philosophy is 'A healthy dog is a happy dog'.
And while your four-legged friend is being well cared for, take your moment to relax and indulge in our Spa or read a book by the fire.
What's included?
- Overnight accommodation in a Cuckfield Room with full English breakfast

- 1 x Canine pampering session for your four-legged friend at The Natural Dog Grooming company to include 1 x paw-dicure with a footwash in the footspa with fizzing natural tablets, nail clipping and paw massage, a wash, blowdry, facial and teeth clean
- Full use of our spa facilities and swimming pools including fluffy robes and slippers (for the humans)
Terms and restrictions
- The Natural Dog Grooming Company are open: Wednesday to Saturday with the first appointment at 10am (Saturday from 11am) and last appointment at 5pm
- Package must be booked 14 days prior to arrival
- Please allow 2 hours for the grooming appointment
- The Canine Pampering session is based on a medium sized, non-mud covered canine friend - please let The Natural Dog Grooming Company know of any variations to this or special requirements at the time of booking - there may be supplementary charges

Price is per room based on a Cuckfield room with one dog sharing with two adults - other room types available. Additional dogs charged at £30 per dog per night.

Once you have made your room reservation Penny or Jane from The Natural Dog Grooming Company will be in touch to make the arrangements and take full details of your dog.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Ockenden Manor and must be supervised at all times and owners are responsible for their dog and dog's behaviour. We ask that dogs are kept on their leads in all public areas and please note dogs are not permitted in the Restaurant or Spa building.
Please consider other guests and our wildlife and ensure your dogs are under control when letting them off the lead within our grounds.
