Hour 1: Board train from London Victoria or London Bridge, or
jump in the car and head down the M23 to Ockenden Manor Hotel &
Spa in the pretty village of Cuckfield.
Hours 2 - 3: Disappear into the beautiful spa. Take a refreshing
dip in the outdoor swimming pool and relax before….
Hours 4 - 6: Serious Me-Time: succumb to an hour of pure
indulgence, with either an ila, Ren or Electric Body treatment.
Rehydrate with a fruit smoothie. Read a book without having to stop
half way through the chapter. Take a stroll around the 9 acres of
the hotel's beautiful gardens including the pretty walled garden
with its wild flower meadow. Or play a game of croquet on the front
Hour 7: Leisurely preparations for a dinner to remember.
Hour 8 - 10: Gastronomic bliss at Ockenden Manor's Michelin-star
restaurant - followed by a digestif in the elegant lounge.
Hours 11 - 18: Retire for a deeply comfortable night's sleep -
the optimum 8 hours.
Hour 19: Awake ready for the day and refuel with a hearty
Hours 20 - 23: Choose a Restorative Pilates, Viyasa Flow Yoga or
Pilates class (classes available depend on day of the week). Then
drift away for an hour's soak in the spa's isopod floatation
Hour 24: Check out and travel back to The Big Smoke feeling
refreshed and ready for anything.
