Chef's Table with a Twist

A masterclass to learn how to pluck, draw & prepare pheasant.

Starting at 11.30am at The Spread Eagle, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in a seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch of pheasant with red sauce and game chips, followed by apple tarte with caramel sauce and fire all your culinary questions at him!
