A masterclass to learn about wild mushrooms and foraging - a selection of what can be foraged in Sussex and what to avoid!

Starting at 11.30am at The Spread Eagle, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in a seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch of wild mushrooms on toast, fromage blanc with truffle oil and blackberry pavlova and fire all your culinary questions at him!
