A masterclass to take in the hightlights of the potato: the ultimate mash, crispy potato galette, potato terrine.

Starting at 11.30am at The Spread Eagle, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in this seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine, a delicious lunch of mashed potato with cod and balk olive tapenade, potato terrine wiht crispy bacon & melted cheese, galette with crème fraiche and caviar followed by lemon mashed potato sponge pudding and fire all your culinary questions at him!
