A masterclass to learn everything there is to know about sugar and all of the boiling stages to caramel and their uses. Making some nougat Montelimar and praline.

Starting at 11.30am at The Spread Eagle, our fabulous Group Executive Head Chef, Martin Hadden, will share his cookery secrets in a seasonal hands-on masterclass. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch of crisp fried duck confit, with mustard sauce, praline parfait with apricot sauce and fire all your culinary questions at him!
