To celebrate 10 years of Everflyht we have created this lovely overnight stay which is all about embracing the bubbles and feeling good, from the moment you arrive, through to a glass of Everflyht sparkling wine amongst the vines.

Everflyht is the work of the Ellis family, rooted in the chalk soils of Sussex and shaped by more than a decade of dedication to English sparkling wine. From their first vines to the house they built among them, every detail reflects a quiet commitment to craft, place and patience.

Terms & conditions

*Cellar door tour & wine tasting at Everflyht Estate t&cs:

- Everflyht is open for tours and tastings until 24th October 2026 (one tour on Saturday / midday until 2pm) and then from 6th March 2027 until 24th October 2027 - Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.

- Your voucher includes a tour, tasting of three wines and a cheese board for one person to visit & must be presented on arrival at the vineyard.

- Please book your cellar door wine tasting in advance, subject to availability

- Cellar door wine tasting voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of your Sleeptight Everflyht stay.

- Cellar door wine tasting voucher cannot be extended past the date of expiration and the voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
