This 17th century pub has always been a popular haunt for locals to gather, a well-loved and welcoming place for the community, families and visitors to the area and we are delighted to re-ignite this tradition. We have restored, polished and retained as many original features as possible while adding our touch with a custom built pewter bar, a double sided wood burner stove, deep sofas and a gloriously pink private room.

"WOW, WHAT A TREAT to walk thru the doors of the recently-opened Black Horse!! Light, airy, spacious -just beautiful! Add to that an interesting menu and attentive staff.
