Following her sell-out Sound Bath experiences, we are delighted to introduce this new gorgeous end-of-day Sound Bath experience led by Becky Sharp.

This is the ultimate calming and immersive Sound Bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system and support your mental, emotional and physical well-being. Under the night sky, and using a combination of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum, Becky will guide you through a delightfully tranquil Sound Bath experience, creating a calming space for you to find stress relief, emotional grounding or to follow a path into mindful stillness.

Arrive from 4pm to enjoy our spa facilities and swimming pool, followed by a delicious two course dinner in the hotel restaurant from 6pm. Make your way to the spa reception ready to start the Sound Bath experience in the garden at 7.45pm.
