Stir-Up Sunday

Join the age-old tradition of Stir-Up Sunday on 20th November

Join us on the last Sunday before advent and make it a day for everyone in the family to take a turn at stirring the Christmas pudding, whilst making a wish.

Arrive at 11am and Group Executive Head Chef Martin Hadden will share the secrets of the perfect pudding before he guides you through the different steps of his classic recipe in a workshop.

Guests will need to bring arm muscles for some vigorous stirring as the scents of Christmas waft around.. orange and lemon, cinnamon, treacle and brandy.

And whilst enjoying a well-earned and delicious roast Sunday lunch, the Spread Eagle elves will carefully wrap and dress the puddings ready to be taken home to be baked on Christmas Day.

Due to popular demand we have added a second seating: Arrive at 4pm followed by a late lunch/early supper at 5.30pm - please contact us to book your place as this is filling fast!

Please book early to avoid disappointment as space is limited and Stir-Up Sunday is an extremely popular day.

Prices are per person and kids under 16 go free.
