Stir-Up Sunday - 20th November 2022

This is a much loved and ever popular day that marks the start of the festive season for all involved, Martin and his elves look forward to welcoming you with more spice and sparkle than ever before.

Join us on the last Sunday before advent and make it a day for everyone in the family to take a turn at stirring the Christmas pudding, whilst making a wish. Group Executive Chef Martin Hadden will share the secrets of the perfect Christmas pudding before he guides you through the different steps of his classic recipe in a workshop.

Guests will need to bring their arm muscles for some vigorous stirring as the scents of Christmas waft around… orange and lemon, cinnamon, treacle and brandy. And whilst enjoying a well-earned and delicious roast, The Spread Eagles elves will carefully wrap and dress the puddings so that they are ready to be taken home to be cooked on Christmas Day.

Join us at 11am for a lunchtime workshop followed by a delicious two-course roast lunch at 12.30pm.

Prices are per person and for 12 to 16 year old the tickets are £34 each for under 12 years old tickets are £25
