Join us on the last Sunday before advent and make it a day for
everyone in the family to take a turn at stirring the Christmas
pudding, whilst making a wish.
Arrive at 11am and Group Executive Head Chef Martin Hadden will
share the secrets of the perfect pudding before he guides you
through the different steps of his classic recipe in a

as the scents of Christmas waft around.. orange and lemon,
cinnamon, treacle and brandy.
And whilst enjoying a well-earned and delicious roast Sunday
lunch, the Spread Eagle elves will carefully wrap and dress the
puddings ready to be taken home to be baked on Christmas Day.
