Sound Bath at Ockenden Manor Spa in West Sussex

A Sound Bath is a therapeutic experience, using sound and resonating vibrations to envelop you in a soothing soundscape.

We are delighted to introduce Becky Sharp to offer you a calming and immersive Sound Bath experience designed to soothe the nervous system and support your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Using a combination of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum, Becky will guide you through a delightfully tranquil Sound Bath experience, creating a calming space for you to find stress relief, emotional grounding or to follow a path into mindful stillness. Arrive from 4pm to enjoy our Spa facilities and pool, make your way to the Spa Studio ready to start the Sound Bath experience at 6pm, followed by a delicious two course dinner in the hotel at 7.30pm

Price is per person and we recommend booking early as space is limited to 8 guests per session.

HSH Spa & Dining Club membership discount does not apply and full pre-payment is required at the time of booking, non-refundable.
