This lovely experience offers you a moment to open yourself to the wellness benefits of mindful stargazing in the beautiful setting of Bailiffscourt, and the effortless beauty of time spent in our spa, and a delicious dinner in our restaurant.

Arrive from 2pm for an afternoon in the spa, then bathe yourself in the stars and let Mark Westmoquette gently guide you through the universe, with meditation and self-awareness practices, and share his extraordinary depths of knowledge in both the art of meditation, astrophysics and cosmology.

This immersive experience of the night sky is an opportunity to learn and practise mindful star-gazing techniques. With time to explore your mind, body and soul through thoughtful group discussion, and a dusk Qigong workshop.

Mark brings the spheres of astronomy and cosmology together and combines them with the principals of meditation to inspire us in the art of mindful stargazing. His knowledge of these subjects is endless, and he beautifully explains the complexities of the universe while encouraging us to empty our minds and explore our place in the world.
