This spa day has been created to give you time to let your mind and body submit to the kindness & care of your therapist. With the gentlest of touch & the slowest of movement, the Hand on Heart wellness experience draws from our primeval need to be soothed.

Spend all day enjoying our wonderful spa facilities, and a glass of Sussex sparkling wine to accompany a delicious two-course lunch in our elegant hotel restaurant.
