'Refresh' - £125 per person

For those needing a little pick-me-up

Arrive from 8am to take full advantage of your time in the spa. Unwind at your pace before putting yourself in the hands of our friendly, professional therapists for a glorious 25 minute treatment to ease tension and restore balance. Choose EITHER a back, neck and shoulder massage OR an express facial. At lunchtime follow the lavender lined path to the hotel for a one-course seasonal lunch in our stunning restaurant.

Perfect for a little refresh, or for those short of time, giving you a mindful morning escape.

'Indulge' - £230 per person

A whole day of calm indulgence, with plenty of vitamin sea

Arrive from 9am to give yourself a whole day to slow down and switch off. We've included an extra long 85 minute bespoke massage or facial treatment to really help you relax, tell your therapist what you need and they will tailor the experience to suit you. Take time over a delicious three course seasonal lunch in the hotel's beautiful restaurant, with a glass of chilled Sussex sparkling wine, before returning to enjoy the bubbly hot tub, and all that the spa has to offer.
